Zone A

Zone A is a two storeys structure totaling 5,050 square meters which contains the main reception area above and an entrance hall below. The lower storey houses a number of service outlets including restaurant, courier, post office, bank, foreign exchange booth, and telephone counter service.

The architectural form and ornate Thai-style decor provide a striking backdrop matching the grandeur of the occasion.

The main reception area in Zone A offers almost 2,000 sq. meters of open space that can be used in isolation for smaller displays.

Innovative space design easily transforms the area into an engaging showcase of displays, an involving activities and supports, exclusive previews and product launches, promotional events and exhibitions.

Ballroom

The Ballroom offers an magnificent setting for spectacular grand opening ceremonies, gala receptions and banquets. The architectural form and ornate Thai-style decor provide a striking backdrop matching the grandeur of the occasion.

At 900 sq. meters is a comfortable size for conferences, meetings or seminars accommodating up to 600 persons in a theatre-style arrangement. The ceiling is 6-meters high.

Zone B

Zone B is three storey high and totals 22,497 square meters. It contains the main Plenary Hall and four meeting rooms that can be configured as two larger rooms if needed, as well as the restaurant and cafeteria.

Application Notes

The main Plenary Hall covers 4,900 square meters and seats up to 5,200 conference delegates, 4,800 theatergoers or 1,960 diners at a banquet. Over 7,000 guests can be comfortably accommodated at a cocktail reception or product launch. Special partitioning is used to sub-divide the Plenary Hall into three smaller areas with identical applications for either distinct or related functions.

The beauty of the Plenary Hall lies in the fact that the space can be reconfigured with relative ease. In just a matter of hours, what was a spacious hall serving a stately summit of world leaders is transformed into a trade fair showcasing heavy machinery such as bulldozers. With a floor-loading of 1,700 kilograms per sq. meter, the Plenary Hall comfortably supports such modifications.

Meeting Room

Facing the entrance to the Plenary Hall are four superbly equipped meeting rooms, each of 260 sq. meters. These can be doubled up to provide two rooms of 520 sq. meters, perfectly suited for seminars or more intimate conferences comprising 50 to 650 delegates. In their smaller configuration, the rooms accommodate banquets for 100 diners or receptions for up to 370 guests.

Superbly equipped meeting rooms, each of 260 sq. meters. These can be doubled up to provide two rooms of 520 sq. meters.

Zone C

Zone C is four storeys high and contains the bulk of the exhibition space over a total of 23,051 square meters. It can be used to house flexible office units when required. There is also a towering, naturally illuminated multi-purpose Atrium containing light food and beverage outlets.

Atrium in Zone C includes a sidewalk cafe that accommodates up to 90 persons. The vaulting 1,625-sq. meter

 


 

Zone D

Zone D has three storeys and offers a total of 14,067 square meters suitable for office use.
