IMPACT ARENA

This impressive arena with its 12,000 seats is a multi-purpose facility designed to host sporting and entertainment events as well as large-scale conferences and rallies.

It is an ideal venue for concerts and performances. With features such as its 24 meter high ceiling, special acoustics panels, state-of-the-art sound system, and close-circuit TV for surveillance - the Arena is the natural choice.

At the IMPACT Arena there are 25 private VIP suites including a Royal Box that can be utilized for "Sponsor" or "VIP" functions. Each of these suites are equipped with a minimum of 12 VIP seats, a private lounge area with individual toilet facilities and individually controlled air-conditioning and lighting - all of which promises privacy and exclusivity for organizers and their sponsors.

Organizers of large-scale congresses or political rallies will also find the 12,000 seats a very effective venue to host their opening ceremonies, especially if these are to be accompanied by grand and spectacular theme performances.

Understanding the need for convenience for the large crowds expected to attend the events at The Arena, facilities like - large ticketing booths (ideal for on-site ticketing sales and merchandising by concert organizers), a food court, and a large drive-in loading entrance - have been added.

With the IMPACT Arena, anything goes! Organizers can simply unleash their creativity and use it for a variety of event types. Amway and Giffarine have used IMPACT for their massive Dealers Conferences, Disney on Ice used the Arena for their world-renowned ice show, and various local radio stations have produced local sell-out concerts. Other events and activities scheduled include David Copperfield, Elton John, Pavarotti, Lions Oseal, Asia Indoor Motorcycle Motor cross and so on - the options are indeed limitless. IMPACT EXHIBITION CENTER

Extensive floor space - create attractive displays, enhance product visibility, reinforcing sales IMPACT's exhibition space- both in-hall and outside space -- totals over 100,000 sq meters and feature facilities that match those of international exhibition venues. Organizers will find that, with its comprehensive and flexible layout of space, the IMPACT Exhibition Center is an extremely suitable venue for shows of various size and configuration.

 

IMPACT Exhibition Center : Halls 1 to 4 (emphasis : Halls 1-4)
Prime custom-built facility, IMPACT Exhibition Halls 1 to 4 have a total space of 20,000 sq meters and feature state-of-the art facilities such as :
- Four 8 meter wide drive-in door ways for direct delivery of exhibits
- Utilities pits located on 9-meter grids, that provide water, electricity, compressed air, telecommunication lines direct to the booths
- Floor loading capacity of 2 tons per square meter
- Ceiling heights of 21 meters with hanging points that can support 2.5 tons each

Being column-free space, the 4 Halls can be used together or individually, hence allowing organizers to configure space according to their needs or to create specific product zones within the main exhibition. To support the many exhibition-related peripheral functions, the Reception Area, just outside of Hall 2 would come in most useful.

Additional Exhibition Space at Halls 5 and 8 (emphasis : Halls 5-8)
For organizers who require more space than what for exhibitions, and these are Halls 5 - 8 located at the IMPACT Convention Center. The Convention Center is conveniently linked to the Exhibition Center by a 150 - meter air-conditioned bridge.

With a total floor area of 30,000 sq meters, Halls 5 - 8 also feature facilities of International exhibition standards, such as delivery and loading bays, and custom-built utilities pits. A series of glass-paneled rooms overlooking Hall 5 is ideal for support functions, especially since organizers can have literally a bird's eye view of the exhibition floor.

Phoenix Ballroom

Phoenix Ballroom is located at the newly constructed Hall 5 - 8 of IMPACT Exhibition Center providing a space of over 1,100 square meters. The ballroom can be subdivided into 6 meeting rooms with its operable walls.

Decorated in contemporary Thai style, The Phoenix Ballroom is designed as a perfect meeting and banquet venue. It is intended to project an intimate, contemporary ambience. The capacity of each room is varied, but can be combined to accommodate up to 3,600 seats. Alternatively, the facility can be arranged as private dining room with a capacity of up to 1,000 diners.

 

 

IMPACT AQUARIUM

IMPACT AQUARIUM located between Lobby hall 5 and 6. The place is aimed as a unique recreation facility featuring rich and diverse tropical marine life, which can be found in the Thailand 's seas. The aquarium can also provide an educational opportunity to the marine world to the general public and apprentices.

Our new member appears to be the highlight of this facility. Two giant groupers or Jew fish are 1.4 and 1.7-meter long and 70 and 120-kilogram weight respectively. The fish have the maximum capacity of 2.5 meters in length and 300- kilogram in weight.

The outdoor exhibition space surrounding IMPACT has a total of 100,000 sq meters. With these extensive grounds, anything is impossible. Organizers find the grounds particularly suitable for events such as carnivals and funfairs as well as for exhibitions related to horticulture and agriculture. They can also create by-design and multi-functional pavilions, gazebos and food kiosks - adding colour and diversity to their event!

 

Catering Facilities

Food and beverage catering is an important component to successful exhibitions. At IMPACT, a wide variety of food and beverage catering options is available for both exhibitors and visitors. Exhibitors will find its meals-on-the-go booth delivery service very convenient and time saving. Where exhibitors want to host a lunch or dinner, IMPACT's gourmet experts can create a wide selection of international culinary delights for their guests. For visitors, there is a 1000-seater Food Court , serving local and international food.

The Grand Diamond Ballroom

The 2000 sq meter, column-free Grand Diamond Ballroom is the Convention Center's prime meeting facility with a seating capacity of 2,000 persons. With its tasteful interior furnishings, wall - to - wall carpeting, and built-in audio and visual systems, the Ballroom is ideal for events like keynote plenaries, grand opening ceremonies, award presentations, banquets, gala dinners and theme parties.

Meeting Rooms

Just next to the Grand Diamond Ballroom are six meeting rooms, each of about 500 sq meters in size, and all are tastefully furnished. These rooms which can be used individually or combined, are all tastefully furnished, and they would serve well as conference breakout rooms , speakers' breakfast briefings, conference luncheons, dinner presentations or as organizer rooms for press, hospitality or secretariats.

Located one level below, there are smaller meeting rooms that can further support the many activities and functions that are normally included in international conferences.

 

 

The Concourses

An open area of 2000 sq meters, the Concourse is perfect for delegate-related functions such as registration, coffee breaks, poster and video sessions, table top displays, product launches, computer terminals, or the Internet cafes. The Concourse is well equipped with power and telecom-munication lines to facilitate these functions.

 

Food & Catering Facilities

Dining activities is an important highlight of international conferences as they provide invaluable opportunities for delegates to network with their international associates. IMPACT understands this well.

Its food and beverage experts are able not only to plan an international selection of cuisine types for elaborate of meetingorganizers, such as time and cost effective lunch and coffee break packages. With inter-national conference delegates and guests expected from around the globe, IMPACT's

THE FISHEMAN SEAFOOD RESTAURANT

the fisherman SEAFOOD RESTAURANT' presents everything diners could wish for in their dream restaurant, combining the charms of cruise line dining experience and exquisite Cantonese cuisines. The restaurant serves well-selected fresh seafood, orchestrated by our master chef from Hong Kong .

Each section on the ground floor is ingeniously designed in such way that dinners can choose to enjoy their preferred taste and style. A 250 seating capacity comprises of boat-like tables on the glittering marine flooring, sushi counter or Japanese tables in dedicated Japanese corner, and standard four seating tables set on wooden platform. At IMPACT Arena, Exhibition and Convention Center, our corporate policy is “To be one step ahead”. That is why we are facing the challenges to ensure that IMPACT continues to be Asia’s premier convention and exhibition center. We have aptly called our new expansion “The Challenger”.

 

 

The World Challenge

Build the largest column-free exhibition hall in the world.
The Challenger 1-3
We are building one massive single column free hall measuring 459 metres long by 131.2 meters wide with a ceiling height of 16 meters. That gives a floor area of 60,220 square meters, larger than eight football fields.

Flexibility is built into the design so that the hall can be divided by sound - proof walls to create three halls of 20,043 square meters. These of course, will also be column- free.

In addition, IMPACT already has 20,000 square meters of column-free exhibition space in Hall 1-4. This gives us a total of over 80,000 sq.m. of rental column free space.

 

 

The Asian Challenge

The existing IMPACT facilities already has a total of 100,000 sq.m. of exhibition space.

With the completion of The Challenger in the third quarter of 2005, IMPACT will have 160,000 square metres indoor exhibition space and the challenge will be met.

We have accepted the challenge. The Universal Ballroom will be the grandest in Thailand with 5,000 square meters of column-free space and a 20 meter ceiling height. It will be adjacent to the exhibition areas with separate drop off areas and parking. There are ample of key features that will make this the most luxurious ballroom in Thailand.

 

Jupiter Rooms

Additional 10 Break-out rooms locate adjacent to the Universal Ballroom that can be configured in sizes from 216 square meters to 432 square meters and 648 square meters.

 

The Grand Foyer invites you to The Challenger

The Grand Foyer is as impressive as you would expect for a venue such as The Challenger. It too, is column-free and covers an area of 9,114 square meters with a 10 meters ceiling height.

This is an entrance where, your V.I.P. guests, visitors and you will appreciate the grandeur. There is a 3-lane, 168 meters long drop off area for V.I.P. arrivals and departures plus a 144 meters long, 3-lane drop off area for coaches, taxis and shuttle buses.

Once inside, visitors are greeted by a huge LED screen displaying important information. This mini-city has many facilities that meet the challenges.
