Registration and Organizer Office Suites are strategically located at the front of each Hall and full Telecommunication and Data Communication Networks can be readily provided.

Exhibitor needs are fully accommodated. 32 Loading Bays and 15 Drive-In access doors ensure ease of build-ups and BITEC's exclusive Customs Bonded facility allows for the simple and straightforward importation of valuable exhibits. And, for a special touch of class, BITEC offers the very finest on-stand catering services from our own Chefs and our state-of-the art in house kitchens.

Visitors will marvel at the grandeur and comfort of the expansive Concourses and Event Halls of BITEC and the ease of access and ample parking facilities will ensure hassle free touring of the exhibition.
