Access
Well served by the first stage of the expressway system,
BITEC also offers quick and easy access to Bangkok's,
world-class, BTS Skytrain network which connects the major
hotels in the city with business, shopping and entertainment
centres and historical places of interest. By road, or by
Helicopter (to BITEC's own helipad) BITEC can be
reached comfortably from any part of Bangkok, Thailand, or
the world. Abundant Parking is available for 4,000 cars and
over 200 Coaches or Trucks.

It is also a mere 8 kilometres drive to the port of Bangkok.
This facilitates the rapid transportation of goods,
merchandise, equipment and other items to and from the
exhibition site.
BITEC is well-served by existing and ongoing
expressway projects and ring roads travel to and from
BITEC from in and around Bangkok is relatively fast
and convenient.
BITEC enjoys prime location close to Bangkok's upbeat
Sukhumvit Road. A comprehensive expressway network provides
easy access to a wide range of hotel facilities of
international standard as well as shopping, leisure and
entertainment activities of downtown Bangkok and the
magnificent cultural and historical landmarks of the City of
Angles.

The BTS skytrain that links to all major hotels is now the
most efficient way of mass transportation in Bangkok. The
BTS is convenient, fast, and safe. To enhance convenience,
BTS Skytrain provides a free shuttle bus service to and from
BITEC -
On Nut Station during event days.

By Bus
BITEC can be reached by bus (»Н.11, »Н.13, »Н.23)
with a bus station conveniently located in front of the
center.

Helicopter
For those pushed for time, convenient and easy access to
BITEC is possible via helicopter service to and from Bangkok
International Airport and the Sukhumvit area where the
service operates from "UBC II BUILDING", BITEC's city centre
office tower on Sukhumvit Soi 33. (UBC II - A short walking
distance from BTS's Prom Phong station) The helicopter
service also operates to and from several other heliports
dotted around Bangkok including the ShangriI-la Hotel and
River City by the Chao Phraya River.

Built
From the very beginning, BITEC was designed to offer event
organizers flexibility in space and facilities. For
Exhibitions of 100 to over 1,000 booths, Conventions and
Meeting from 30 to 20,000 attendees, Gala Dinners and
Banquets from 100 to 10,000… BITEC is ideally suited.
Beneath its' sophisticated state-of-the art roof suspension
system and within its dramatic architecture, the BITEC
building offers a multitude of space options to accommodate
every conceivable needs. Ground floor Event Halls provide
column-free areas from 5,000 up to 26,000 sq. metres, and
directly connected by high-speed escalators, the 2nd Floor
offers a Grand Hall of 1,780 sq. metres and 16 well
appointed Meeting Rooms each ranging in size from 108 to 180
sq. metres. Designed for a purpose, BITEC is the ideal venue
for Exhibitions, Conventions, Meetings, Banquets and Special
Events.

Information
Desk
Located in the center of the main concourse area to provide
the information to serve the Organizer, Exhibitors and
Guests.
First Aid Room
For the safety and well-being of visitors, exhibitors and
guests, an on site First Aid facility is located in the main
concourse area. During public events and large non-public
events, Organizers are required to arrange for an ambulance
and medical personnel to provide First Aid services during
function hours and to insure timely response and despatch to
the nearest hospital should the need arise.
4,000 Car Parking Facilities
]BITEC is capable of accommodating 4,000 cars with its 1,500
indoor and 2,500 outdoor parking space.
BTS Skytrain Shuttle Bus
BTS Skytrain bus service to and from BITEC-On-Nut Station is
available during event days.
Taxi Stand
Taxi and limousine transfers can also be arranged through
the Information Desk. This is a complimentary service.
