Unforgettable ” |
| Probably one of the best vacations i've been on. The place has all the good stuff for a comparatively low price. Quiet surroundings, resort is right on the beach, food is fantastic, staff really made the place feel like a second home. Slept like a baby every night. |

Even better than i expected ” |
| This was more like a 4 star experience in that the staff were nice and considerate, our room was comfortable, in great condition. The beach is also right outside, the only complaint i have is about the occasional jelly fish, but thats pretty much unavoidable during stormy weather. |

| Its a great location for going out every night, or spending time on the beach, but everything else was not up to a four star level and way overpriced. Samui is a tropical island, but it was still annoying to find mosquitoes inside the room upon arrival. I wouldn't be concerned if it was a cheap hotel. |

| Great location on the Chaweng Beach Road - near everything. Good sized clean bungalows. Great pool area and seperate massage area right next to beach. One of the beast stretches of beach in Chaweng. Good Service. |

| Service, and food are mediocre, the dishes i tried weren't delicious, although cost quite a bit. Staff seemed disorganized and slow to react a few times. One the bright side, this is a top location to experience nightlife, go out for shopping and other kinds of entertainment. Free wi fi in the room, decent swimming pool. Its far enough from walking street and bars, so it wasn't that noisy when i was trying to sleep. It felt comfortable. |

Dissapointing ” |
| Considering location, price, food and services, this is not really a worthy pick for your vacation. The room is alright, with a wide screen tv and some other comforts one requires, but also with several issues, such as hard acess to internet. Staff seems friendly, but what is friendliness without providing an equal standard of service? There are definitely much better places and i recommend you look into those. |

| Inexpensive, close to beach, shopping, but room service was a bit slow, staff took a while to bring towels when i requested them. I'd probably come again though, simply for the price and location. Breakfast was actually better than i expected. I used the wi fi connection, it worked fine over the week. |

Very cheap and convenient ” |
| Pratunam is the best area in Bangkok to go for shopping or restaurants, but also the busiest. I liked the inside of the hotel, but getting to and from was annoying, the area is too crowded. This is not something you can avoid in Bangkok, no matter where you stay, so i focus my resolution on the price of accommodation and quality of service, which were satisfactory. I think the breakfast was pretty generous, being a mix of thai and vegetarian dishes. |

Very nice place in the middle of the urban jungle ” |
| I liked this hotel. It was very clean and had free internet! The room also had a flat screen TV and lots of international channels. The staff was very friendly but not very fast at checking people in. On the flip side, the hotel was very hard to find! |

Feels better than Home ” |
| Hi! We really had a great time at Citin Pratunam from 06-09Nov'08. The hotel is very very new, very clean, spotless. The moment you enter into the lobby, you can smell the fragrance of a new building. They have a very cozy lobby and waiting lounge, nice elevator with 7 floors. Our room is at the 3rd floor with king size bed, a very beautiful toilet, a safe, new lcd tv, new cabinets. Staffs are very polite, very hospitable they are always willing and happy to serve you. Hotel Management is so sweet that they even send me a Birthday Card in my room and a cute little cake while having our first breakfast. By the way, they are serving only vegetarian breakfast. Actually they can improve a lot on this side as there is nothing special on their menu. I missed those fried eggs, the bacon and other pastries. Location wise - it is very convenient and accessible as the hotel is just very near to baiyoke sky hotel, walking distance from pratunam center, baiyoke garment market, platinum, big c and all shopping places. Outside the hotels are those little shops selling everything you'll need. They also have a complimentary tuktuk going to platinum, big c and nearest mrt station that makes us feel very important. Overall, we are very pleased with Citin Pratunam. We really enjoyed our stay there and definitely choose this hotel on our next Bangkok Trip next year. |

| Last year i stayed on Chaweng but it proved too busy for me, so this time i chose Lamai and this resort delivered. There is still the road nearby and its not the most secluded resort, but i find it strikes a perfect balance between isolation and an excess of people. Beach was clean, the room was in excellent condition and the price felt right. |

| Big villa with a huge bath, squeaky clean hotel grounds, informative staff, relaxing atmosphere, whats not to like? Broadband internet is included, the breakfast was rich with plenty of fresh fruit. To top it off, its Kata beach, a wonderful place all by itself. |

This place is awesome ” |
| I like Bophut, many restaurants here, but its also peaceful. Breakfast is one of the best i ever had on Samui, with a pleasant view over the beach. Likewise, night time presents another wonderful opportunity for a romantic dinner, for instance. The Restaurant and bar are overpriced, as usual, but its no big deal due to many alternatives outside. The beach has a little too much shade and was very busy sometimes, its better to stay in a different area if you want a proper tan very bad, though there is always the pool. Room is absolutely worth the price, decorated with taste and has quality utilities. |

Incredible ” |
| Very few rooms in this resort, that is exactly why it is perfect to visit, if you want a thorough detox. Staff focused all their attention on me and the other few guests that were present and this has been one of the best spa/vacation experiences i have ever had. The surroundings are incredible, complementing the serene atmosphere of this retreat. After a relaxing spa session it was lovely to be able to go for a swim in the ocean right away. Its not that far to some shopping and dining either and the airport is very near, which i consider another strong point, as it it irritates me, when it takes an hour to drive to and from the airport, which is the case with numerous resorts. The room is great - its comfortable, you've got all the essentials and the price is right. Should i want more spa during my next trip to Samui, this is definitely where i want to spend my vacation. |

Ideal getaway ” |
| We had a nice time here, for instance staff were happy to give us advice regarding what places we should check out and it proved to be great. This place worked out for us, it really is quite secluded from lively spots and catching taxis may be difficult, but there are shuttle buses that are free of charge and staff are always eager to help. There is a quality sunset dinner to be had at the local restaurant, i recommend it. The beach is private and a beautifully decorated path leads to it. This is an amazing resort, i only wish it was a little cheaper. |
