Making a reservation through the www.fargotravel.com
   
  • For our partner, your company details are filled-in automatically based on the information you provided upon
    registration, and each booking is getting its UNIQUE Booking ID that you can use for reference and enquiries
    of your particular booking.

  • The next section requires you to fill in the flight details – please provide the flight number, arrival date and
    time at the port of destination.

  • In the Namelist section please provide the names of your guests with regard to accommodation,
    i.e mention separately, room by room, the guests staying in TWIN room, DBL room etc.

    Important – please make sure all the guests names are spelled correctly and appear the same way they are
    stated in their traveling documents / international passports. If you need more than one room of a certain type,
    just click on “+” sign next to the room type bar.

  • Then select the destination for traveling, and fill in all the details – check-in date, number of nights of expected
    stay, the hotel name and the room category. If you wish to book hotels in multiple destinations, please fill out
    the first one, and then click on “+” sign – you will get one more blank form to fill in. Do it as many times as many destinations you have.

  • If you requite extra services – transfers, air tickets, excursions or package tours – please provide the details in the spaces specified for each service.
