HOTEL RATES
All room rates are net per room per night in single, twin,
double or triple occupancy inclusive of Service
Charge & VAT. They are applicable according to the time of
year indicated.
American Breakfast has already been included by most
hotels. For those that have not included breakfast
we have negotiated discounted rates which are to be
pre-booked and prepaid.
If you should require rates beyond the end period for
which they are provided please send in a request
via e-mail or fax to (662) 219-1713.
Reservations during special peak
periods
(especially at hotels on the coast of Thailand) such
as:
-
Christmas and New Year- peak period runs from 15
December till 20 January
-
Chinese New Year - end of January - beginning of
February dates fall on different dates each year, for each
year the surcharge period in the hotels is approx from 26
January till 16 February dates to be confirmed per
each hotel individually;

Thailand Songkran Festival in the month of April,
dates fall on different dates each year, for each year the
surcharge period in the hotels is approx from 10 April till
17 April will fall on "Peak Season" which will result
in a much higher rates or will carry a surcharge.
"Compulsory Gala Dinners" will be imposed for reservation
during festival seasons such as Christmas' Eve-24 December,
New Year's Eve - 31 December, Orthodox Russian Christmas Eve
- 6 January and Chinese New Year Eve Gala Dinner date to
be confirmed per each hotel individually.
Please note that hotel reservations for the above
mentioned peak periods should be made as early in advance as
possible many months in advance and require a non-refundable
deposit to be paid to secure your reservation. The amount
and the deadline for the deposit to be paid will be
confirmed per each hotel individually.

RESERVATION METHOD
Our reservation method is PREPAID BASIS. This means that full payment is made to us and we will
provide you with a "Confirmation Voucher" to be used for
check-in.
BOOKING PROCEDURES

On receipt of your booking request our reservation staff will
contact the hotel to check for room availability and make
tentative booking. If the hotel required is fully booked we will
suggest similar hotel standard and location.

We will send our reservation confirmation for your
record and indicate payment due date which is approximately
10 days prior to check-in.
Process 1 & 2 will take less than one hour if reservation
is received during our office hours (09:00 a.m. - 18:00 p.m.
Mondays trough to Fridays and 09:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon
Saturdays local time). At this point we will ask you to
reply and put as subject:
- "CONFIRM" for acceptance
or - "CANCEL" if you do not wish to keep the
reservation
There will be no incurred costs.
PAYMENT
We will send an e-mail reminding you of payment 7 days
before the due date.

Secure online payment via our secure internet channel using your credit card. We
accept Visa, Master, JCB cards.
Please note that once we have received your credit card
details, we just check with our bank to guarantee and secure
your booking. We do not make any charges to your credit card
until the hotel accepts your booking. Once the reservation
is confirmed, we charge your credit card and send you the
confirmation of your booking.

Credit card fax form, for this method please
download Credit Card Authorization Form from our web-site,
fill it in and fax it back to (662) 219 1713. After
receiving your authorization we charge your credit card.

Payment by a bank transfer to one of our bank accounts.
Please kindly allow at least 7 days for the money to reach
us. Unfortunately, if the money does not reach us within the
specified above payment deadline, we might not be able to
hold your reservation.

If for some reason we do not receive the
payment by the due date, we regret to have to release your room.
Once the payment is made, we will issue our
"Confirmation Voucher" of which one copy will be sent to the
hotel and one copy will be sent to you via e-mail (to be printed out
by yourself), fax or handed over to by our guide if airport transfer
if requested.
In the case that booking was done at the
last minute and you did not receive the voucher simply check-in with
your passport.
This hotel voucher is our payment
guarantee to the hotel for "Accommodation" only. The hotel
will request your credit card imprint for other services such as
telephone, laundry, room service and mini-bar which are to be
settled at your own cost when checking-out.
Please
note: If you have paid by credit card, the payment will appear on
your credit card statement under the name of FARGO CO., LTD.
CANCELLATION
-
Any reservations cancelled AFTER issue of
"Confirmation Voucher" and notified in writing

hours prior to check-in, the following charges will incur:
a) If paid by credit card Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned to
the original credit card used minus 5% credit card fees.
b)
If paid by cash Baht 500 handling charges. Refund
will be returned in cash

Any reservations cancelled AFTER issue of
"Confirmation Voucher" and notified in writing

than 48 hours prior to check-in, the following charges will incur:
a) If paid by credit card One-night cancellation fee by the hotel + Baht 500
handling charges. Refund will be returned to the original
credit card used minus credit card surcharge of 5%.
b) If paid by cash
One-night cancellation fee by the hotel + Baht 500
handling charges. Refund will be returned in cash.

Reservation cancellation for the below mentioned
Peak periods:

For peak seasons will usually result in the
"NOT REFUNDING" of the deposit paid to the hotels (see
Reservations during special peak periods paragraph
above) cancellations conditions for the above peak periods
will be confirmed per each hotel individually.
TRANSFERS AND
EXCURSION TOURS
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation of transfers & excursions is always available,
there will be no cancellation charge if cancelled within
more than 24 hours prior to the transfer/excursion date
start, with the exception of the above mentioned Peak
Periods (please refer to RESERVATIONS FOR
SPECIAL PEAK PERIODS paragraph above) cancellation
charges may incur and will be confirmed per each reservation
individually.
FARGO CO. LTD. FLIGHT TICKETS RESERVATION &
CANCELLATION POLICY As the air tickets Reservation, Amendment and Cancellation
Policy varies depending on the airlines, ticket type and
tariff, etc., it will be confirmed to you by FARGO CO. LTD.
Reservation & Ticketing Center per each Flight
Reservation individually.
